Sahyadri Lakdi Ghana is committed to delivering high-quality cold-pressed oils. Please read our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Replacement Policy

– Products cannot be returned after successful delivery unless:
– A wrong product has been delivered.
– A wrong quantity has been delivered.
– The product is damaged or leaked during transit.
– Returns and replacements are provided free of cost only in the above cases.
– The Company reserves the right to reject any return request if the product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

– Order Number
– Reason for Return
– Images of the product
– Images of the delivered package/box

Guidelines for a Valid Return

– The product must be unused and in its original condition.
– Original packaging and box must be retained and returned.
– Product and package images are mandatory for verification.
– Return requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

– Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
– Cancellation requests before dispatch will be considered only at the sole discretion of Sahyadri Lakdi Ghana.

Refund Policy

– Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
– The refund amount is generally credited within 4–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
